Matt Lauth is the managing partner with Strategy Execution Advisors and is a certified Six Disciplines business coach. He directly coaches small and midsized businesses on strategic business issues including executive/leadership coaching, strategic planning, strategy implementation/execution, process and change management, team building and performance measurement.
Before founding Strategy Execution Advisors, Matt held a variety of leadership positions at Six Disciplines. Matt led the development of the learning platform, book publishing, company re-branding, website, software development, partner network and most recently the consulting division of Six Disciplines. Strategy Execution Advisors is a spin-off of the consulting division from Six Disciplines. When Matt left Six Disciplines, he was the longest tenured employee with over 9 years leading development of the Six Disciplines Program.
Prior to joining Six Disciplines, Matt spent six years with Solomon Software where he managed product development for a suite of financial software, and before that, spent nine years as a senior leader of IT for a market-leading healthcare medical equipment manufacturer.
Matt is a life-long resident of Ohio and enjoys the outdoors, golfing, volleyball and running. He lives with his wife and two children in Findlay, Ohio.
